1. Information We Collect

When you register a new account (either as a Lawyer or a Client) or use the app, we collect:

• Basic Account Data: Full Name, Phone Number, Address, and Password (fully encrypted).
• Profile Picture (Optional): A profile photo uploaded optionally by you to personalize your account.
• Device Identifiers & Technical Info: We collect unique device identifiers (ANDROID_ID / UUID), device model, manufacturer, and OS version solely for account authentication, session management, and security purposes.
• Service Content & Documents: Chats between lawyers and clients, hearing details, updates, and files uploaded explicitly by you via the system file picker to manage cases.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and secure lawyer and client accounts and verify device integrity.
• To facilitate direct communication and legal case management.
• To send push notifications and local alerts regarding case updates, hearing schedules, and direct messages.
• To perform scheduled background synchronization to ensure upcoming hearing alerts are up to date.

3. Background Services & Notifications

• Background Sync (Workmanager): The app periodically synchronizes hearing schedule data in the background to set local notification timers even when the app is closed.
• Chat Notifications & Quick Reply: The app requests notification permissions (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) to display real-time chat and hearing alerts, allowing you to use the "Quick Reply" feature directly from the notification shade.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties or advertising networks. We utilize Google Firebase Services strictly for secure authentication, encrypted cloud database operations, and notification delivery.

5. Data Security & Encryption

We implement strict security measures. All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, and sensitive local session data is secured on the device using advanced encryption mechanisms (FlutterSecureStorage / EncryptedSharedPreferences).

6. Account & Data Deletion

We provide users with full control over their account and personal data:

• In-App Direct Deletion: Any user (lawyer or client) can permanently delete their account and all associated personal data directly from within the application. Navigate to the "Profile" (or "My Account") section and tap "Delete Account".
• Data Purging: Upon confirming deletion, all associated user data, documents, and records are permanently removed from our active databases and servers.
• Email Request: Users can also request complete account deletion or ask privacy questions by contacting us at the support email provided below.
